• All warranty claims will be evaluated by our qualified Xcel repair team. If a product is covered by warranty, we will repair or replace it at our discretion and return to you free of charge.
• If the product is not covered by warranty and is repairable, we will email you with a repair quote for the repair work that we recommend.
• For items not covered by warranty, there is a return shipping charge ($10 in CA, $15 outside of CA).
